“2013 Q4 Contractor Performance Evaluation – Eagle continues to be one of our best contractors. Eagle built a site in Hawaii for R21 in Q4 of 2013. The site was started 2 days before Thanksgiving and ran thru Christmas. Eagle worked straight through the holidays to complete the site as required by our customer. Eagle was extremely flexible during the final design phase of the site and site installation. There were multiple large changes to scope. Eagle was able to accommodate all of the changes into the site build without issue. Eagle demonstrated an exceptional ability to organize and schedule the construction of a new tower with new shelter and an elaborate security cage system. All of the work and inspections were coordinated by Eagle during the holidays when inspectors are normally difficult to get. Eagle was also instrumental in coordinating a power upgrade and rework with the site owner and power company. Their coordination for this work removed the need for GDIT to station a full time CM at site which was a large cost savings. Eagle was able to support all critical requests and timelines for deliverables which allowed us to close out the site with our customer. Eagle was able to correct a couple of issues with the tower design and manufacturer which most contractors would not have been able to do. As always, the site inspection and acceptance had a minimal punch list and the site was built to the highest standards.”
